Our terms & conditions.
By accepting, you confirm that you understand; 

- all items are subjected to stock availability.

- At times we may experience an error with stock levels; this can happen when there is a cross over with our local/nationwide orders and in person events. Sometimes orders are placed before we have been able to update the website stock and this causes the stock count to be incorrect. If this happens, we will either contact you to discuss a replacement or we will issue a refund for the items unavailable.

- If an item in a build your own mix is out of stock, it will be replaced by another item from your options.

• For local deliveries, you have checked the delivery dates and cut off times on the website.
  
  
• For local deliveries, delivery information and times are stated on our home page. You agree that if you are not home when we attempt to deliver, the item can be left in the safest possible place. For flats, this may be an enterance hall if there is no answer. You accept full responsibility for the item when required to be left due to you not being home. 
  - our standard dispatch time is up to 4 working days however this can increase due to high volumes & in this event it will be stated on either a pop up or the top of the website. 
• 
  - if you chose to cancel your order, a 5% cancellation charge will be taken off the refund total(including shipping). This is due to the payment processing fee when your order is made. If you cancel your order before it is dispatched, the refund will take 5% of the order total including shipping costs. If you cancel an order after we have booked the postage, you will not receive a refund on postage costs.
• 
  - you are responsible for selecting the correct method of shipping, Royal Mail 24 or 48. It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping/delivery address is correct. If your order is returned to us for an incorrect address, the postage costs will be fall on yourself.
  
  - we reserve the right to cancel any order. We do not need to provide a reason for cancelling.Examples of reasons we would cancel; in the event we suspect fraud, money laundering, reselling or raffling of our products without our prior consent. This list is not exhaustive. 
  
  

All images and content on our page is protected by copyright, we own the rights to our images and unless agreed otherwise, we do not consent to our images being used by anyone outside of our company.

In the event an error has occurred with pricing on our website, we will contact you with the options available. If an item is listed at £0.00, this will be an admin error unless the title of the item states the item is free.
